So far, Binh Thuan has experienced an almost 10% increase in its tourist arrivals just in the first three months of this year or an additional 1.2 million visitors into the province, partly due to the new adventure tours established in Ham Ta, La Gi and Ham Thuan Nam. The province earned an additional 20% from its tourism sector equivalent to VND2.9 trillion. Binh Thuan targets to welcome 5 million visitors at the end of 2017 and make VND10.8 trillion in tourism revenue.

In the same manner, Quang Nam and Quang Ngai developed the natural beauty of its islands Cu Lao Cham, Tam Hai and Ly Son in its effort to boost its marine-based tourism. They incorporated community-based tourism into marine-based tours to enable tourists to experience cultural and historical significance while enjoying the natural beauty of the place. Quang Nam aims to construct a port in Chu Lai for the sole purpose of conducting tours in Cu Lao Cham, Tam Hai and Ly Son.

With these efforts, it’s a guarantee that tourism in the particular Central coastal provinces will grow even further.
