Mekong Princess is 61.5 metres long and 9.5 metres wide. It is powered by two 480-horsepower primary engines and equipped with state-of-the-art gear. Avalon Siem Reap Cruise was chartered by US-based Avalon Waterways, the principal river cruise firm in the United States, for five years, 40 – 52 weeks per year. While there are other five-star voyagers that cruise around Mekong River, Mekong Princess and Avalon Siem Reap boast in their non-crowded space and true five-star service to their clients.

Saigon Princess, owned by Viet Princess, is the newest addition to the river tourism in Vietnam which specializes in providing deluxe dinner cruise along Mekong River. It leaves early at night from Dragon Wharf and carries its passengers to the port of Saigon River and Thanh Da-Binh Quoi Peninsula while providing travellers with an exquisite dinner and overall amazing cruise experience along the famed river.

At present, there are about five or six cruise lines which tour Mekong River along the Saigon – Siem Reap waterways. They travel from My Tho and Tien Giang Provinces to Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.

Mekong River is one of the most important tourism spots in Vietnam because of its magnificent waters and breathtaking view. As such, the country has exerted tremendous effort and capital in continually developing this fast-growing river tourism in the area. And through all of this, it always takes into account preserving the natural state of the place as well as the history and culture of Vietnam as a whole which makes it a popular tourist destination all over the world to begin with, through time.
